We at Japan Travel Consulting, provide travel and consulting services to those who would like to visit
Japan, but are hesitant due to the high cost of packaged tours, and the distinctive language barrier.
Our experienced staff will assist in making your travel vacation and/or business trip to Japan an enjoyable experience.
We are not a travel agency or bureau, and we do not have direct affiliation or loyalty to any establishments or organizations in Japan or North America. Therefore any work that we do on your behalf is of an unbiased nature. We are not paid a commission or funded by any hotels, resorts, tourist boards, or establishments of any kind in Japan.
In general a packaged trip to Japan is double the actual price that would have to be paid if you were to make the arrangements yourself or to have a knowledgeable Japanese native do the research and lay out the ground work for your visit.
Our fully bilingual native Japanese staff can research accommodations and sights of interest that are readily available to visitors, and known only to Japanese nationals.
We can also direct you to reasonably priced accommodations that are lower than any brochure or packaged trip, or direct you to the best that Japan has to offer, where there is no budgetary limit.
We can give you guidance to some of the not well-known areas and historic sites that are rarely frequented by foreign visitors to Japan.
Our staff has over 10 years of experience in providing guidance to foreign visitors wishing to visit Japan, and in bringing Japanese visitors to Canada.
We have and continue to write travel articles, that appear in both Canadian and Japanese publications. We also accept contract work from the travel industry in this area; and provide correct English to Japanese, and Japanese to English translation services.
Arrangement may be made to have web pages created in both Japanese and English.
All payments would be made directly to the establishment(s) that you would be staying at while in Japan, and to the various transportation services (rail, local transit, air carriers, etc.).
Our services come with a small fee for the research, accommodation arrangements & confirmations, maps, brochures, Japanese written notes (to be provided to the establishment to ease the language barrier), etc., for your personalized custom trip to Japan.
Our services are available to the general public, to the travel industry, corporations, and to all those who require assistance when planning a trip to Japan.
